The team here at Marbella Living are experts in the local area, with many years in the real estate industry. We have an impressive combined residence on the Costa del Sol of over 100 years. We are also a multilingual group too, speaking many languages, including: Spanish, English, German, Portugese, Russian, French, Dutch and even Croatian!
Our property portfolio focuses predominantly on The Golden Mile area of Marbella. We specialise in the popular communities of this area, such as: Monte Paraiso, Las Cañas Beach, MarbellaMar, Marbella Real, Señorio de Marbella and La Trinidad. However we do also have pocket listings in other surrounding areas too.
In addition to our own portfolio of directly listed property, we also collaborate with all the reputable agents in the area and we have access to a substantial range of property as a result.
As we are a more boutique style real estate agency, we pride ourselves in close customer relations. You will not be passed from agent to agent, and as we work together in one office, when you call the person who answers will usually already know how to help!

Our Managing Director, Stephen, has himself over 20 years of residency here in Marbella and has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He and the team have an extensive knowledge of the local area.

Where are we based?
Our office is located on the prestigious Marbella Golden Mile, in the commercial area of Marbella Real. We are open Monday to Saturday for appointments, telephone calls, emails or just to walk in. There is always someone here and happy to attend you for buying or selling your property on the Costa del Sol. If you are based overseas, we also pride ourselves on offering a seamless service tailored to you - Whether you prefer to communicate via email, phone or videocalls.
We can also happily arrange viewings for properties of interest and prepare portfolios of properties that match you criteria.
When can you expect to hear back from us?
In most cases our response to a viewing or information request is almost immediate. In some cases, it can take a while to get in contact with owners or fellow agencies, however we always endeavour to reply to any form of contact as soon as possible.
If you view a property with us and it isn't quite right, we are happy to set you up with a search and match facility that will keep you updated of all new properties that come on to the market matching you criteria. This saves you from hours of endless searching and overlapped searches.
